Solé
Solé is a trendy sushi bar located in the heart of Historic Downtown Augusta on Broad Street. The 7,350- square-foot restaurant includes two dining areas, a bar, a sushi bar, a kitchen, an office, and an outdoor patio which fronts Broad Street. Before renovation the building’s first floor consisted of two retail spaces. The owner desired a visual connection between the main dinner area and the bar area. The connection was created with three floor to ceiling openings which give that desired visual connection and allow flexibility on how the space is used and seating is arranged.
