The 6,860-square-foot retail center maximizes leasable space while providing adequate parking on the concentrated site. The Dunkin Donuts was recognized for achievement in energy reduction and sustainable design with the DD Green award. DD Green restaurants decrease operating costs, lower emissions, and better serve customers in a healthier and more efficient restaurant. Some of the DD features incorporated are: energy efficient LED lighting, a cool roof, highly efficient HVAC systems, high efficiency water fixtures, and recycled materiel use.
