Bower Residence

The Bower residence, built in 2006, is located in North Augusta, South Carolina, on the Savannah River. It is framed on nine-foot concrete columns to accommodate flood waters and provide parking. It incorporates a three-story elevator and a beautiful view of the river. The exterior of the house fits in with the South Carolina charm that is seen in so many other houses on the river.
