About Mark Capers

Mark Capers is the Construction Administration Project Manager at Christopher Booker & Associates, PC, where he oversees daily construction activities in order to keep projects moving smoothly forward to completion.

With over 36 years in the design-build construction business, Mark brings a rich knowledge base to each of the projects he manages. He’s also developed a keen sensitivity and approach to how he works a project.

“My number one concern is meeting our clients’ goals. An essential part of doing that successfully is learning about our clients’ business operations in order to ensure attractive and functional structures.” To that end, Mark has honed his skill of listening and uses it to understand each clients’ needs. He’s then able to apply strong organizational skills to that understanding, allowing him to efficiently plan and execute dynamic design as well as construction schedules. It takes hard work and focused effort, to say the least. Add in talent and passion for the work, and it’s clear to see how Mark has been able to develop a track record of more than $170 million in successfully completed projects for scores of satisfied clients.

Mark also believes in the value of community service. He is a past president of the Salvation Army and has served on the boards of various community organizations in Augusta. Some of these organizations include the Imperial Community Theatre; the Augusta College Foundation; Child Enrichment, Inc.; the Coalition for Children and Youth; the Family Y; and the Kiwanis Club.
